“Millennials Think Screens, Not Operating Systems:” New Software Allows Mobile Management For New Entrepreneurs

March 22, 2015 By Austin Hill Leave a Comment

Gregg StebbenWhy would anybody want to manage a small business from a mobile phone or a tablet?

“Most small business owners don’t manage their money very well” says tech expert Gregg Stebben. “Most of us would benefit from being able to keep track of our assets and resources more easily…”

Stebben is a radio host and the tech editor at Men’s Health Magazine. He also owns a small business himself, so I call on him frequently to enter the BigWorld of SmallBusiness and inform us about new technologies that can help small business owners.

Learn what’s taking younger entrepreneurs-by storm

And when Stebben calls me and says, “there’s a new software you need to know about,” I take notice.

Xero (pronounced “Zero”) may sound like an odd name, but it’s taking entrepreneurs-especially younger entrepreneurs-by storm.

Features that will change your life

“Millennials are beyond operating systems” Stebben said during his recent appearance on our program. “They think screens, screens on their telephone, screens perhaps on their watch. Xero fits with the way millennials are already thinking and acting.”

“If you’re out on the road or your in a meeting somewhere, instead of having to call somebody else and say ‘I need to know x,’ you’ve got the data you need right their with you.”
